1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CueTally ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jude Tech Solutions Ltd ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Subscription Details

Premium Subscription

• Price: $5.99 per year (USD)
• Billing Cycle: Annual subscription with auto-renewal every 12 months
• Free Trial: 14-day free trial for new subscribers
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase
• Trial Conversion: Your free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period

Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase

3. Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel

• iOS: Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → CueTally → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → CueTally → Cancel

Refund Policy

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period
• Apple's and Google's standard refund policies apply
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CueTally responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Manipulate, cheat, or artificially inflate game statistics or scores
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior in multiplayer features
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage our reputation or business

5. Game Data & Statistics

• CueTally tracks your snooker and billiard game statistics to the best of its ability
• We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all tracked statistics
• You are responsible for backing up your own game data
• Data synchronization across devices may have limitations
• We may store your game data on secure cloud servers to provide synchronization features

6. Multiplayer Features & Code of Conduct

When using multiplayer features, you agree to:

• Treat other players with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in cheating, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct
• Respect the privacy of other players
• Report inappropriate behavior through the App's reporting features
• Understand that multiplayer interactions are not monitored in real-time

7. Intellectual Property

• CueTally, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Jude Tech Solutions Ltd
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners
• You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as player profiles)
• By using the App, you grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the service
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using CueTally, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Updates & Changes

• We may update CueTally from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• We may discontinue or modify features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

CueTally is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss, though we make reasonable efforts to protect your data
• You use the App at your own risk

11. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using CueTally at any time by deleting the App from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.

Termination by Us

• We may terminate your access for violations of these Terms
• Termination may result in loss of access to premium features and stored data
• Active subscriptions may be cancelled without refund in cases of Terms violations
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before termination

12. Third-Party Services

CueTally may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, or social media platforms). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
