1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to AceDarts (the "App"), made by JudeTech Solutions Ltd, trading as JD ("we", "our" or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Your Account

• Keep your account details accurate and your password safe
• You're responsible for what happens on your account

3. Price and AceDarts Club

AceDarts is free to download and use. Scoring your matches, joining friends' matches, your rivals, your badges and the Apple Watch app stay free for good, and there are no ads.

AceDarts Club is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks more of the App. The App shows what Club includes before you buy. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

• The price is shown by the App Store or Google Play before you buy, in your currency and including any taxes. The founding price applies until the end of Sunday 3 January 2027; from Monday 4 January 2027 the price is higher.
• Apple or Google take the payment under their own terms. Refunds are handled by them: ask through their refund process. A refunded purchase ends Club on your account.
• Club belongs to your AceDarts account and to the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. Use Restore purchases to bring it back on a new phone.
• Founding Members: the first 1,000 people to buy Club at the founding price get a numbered Founding Member card. Numbers are given in the order purchases reach us, test purchases don't get one, and a number is never given to anyone else.
• Features we add to Club later come at no extra cost to members.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AceDarts responsibly. You must not:

• Manipulate, cheat, or artificially inflate scores or statistics
• Share your account login with others
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Harass or abuse other players in matches or online play
• Choose a name that is offensive or impersonates someone else
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App

5. Join Codes and Online Play

Anyone with your match code can join your match, so share it only with people you want at your board.

6. Scores and Statistics

AceDarts is for fun and practice. We work hard to make it accurate, but scores, checkout suggestions and averages may contain errors. Don't rely on them to officiate competitions or for betting.

7. Changes and Availability

We may update, change or remove features of the App, and the App may sometimes be unavailable.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content belong to us. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending Your Use

You can stop using AceDarts at any time, and delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
