Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to SunDink and its Apple Watch app (the "App"), made by JudeTech Solutions Ltd, trading as JD ("we", "our" or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Your Account

• You sign in with Apple, Google, or a sign-in link sent to your email address. Keep access to that account safe
• You're responsible for what happens on your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• A DUPR rating you add is self-reported; neither we nor DUPR check it

3. Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, the App shows you the price before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply; ask them for a refund. Your purchase stays with your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored in the App. If a purchase is refunded, what it unlocked may be removed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SunDink responsibly. You must not:

• Enter false scores or results, or manipulate statistics, ladders or rankings
• Add people to matches or circles to harass or mislead them
• Choose a name that is offensive or impersonates someone else
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App

5. Circles and Other Players

Circles are private groups: their members can see each other's name and self-rated level. Only add people who are happy to be added, and treat other players with respect. Results count once the other side confirms them.

6. Scores, Calls and Statistics

SunDink keeps score and announces the call following the current USA Pickleball rules, and we work hard to make it accurate. But scores depend on what is tapped, and scores, calls and statistics may contain errors. SunDink is a scoring aid, not an official referee: it doesn't replace the rules or decisions of a tournament or league, and you shouldn't rely on it for betting.

7. Playing Safely

Pickleball is a physical sport. Play within your fitness, and don't let the App or your watch distract you or others during play. Heart rate, calorie and workout figures are estimates, not medical advice.

8. Changes and Availability

We may update, change or remove features of the App, and the App may sometimes be unavailable.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its content belong to us. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other names (such as USA Pickleball, DUPR, Apple, Google and Strava) belong to their owners, who don't endorse SunDink.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including injury during play. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending Your Use

You can stop using SunDink at any time, and delete your account in the App (Settings → Delete account) or as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

SunDink works with services such as Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Apple Health and Strava. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
